30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To begin a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • A brief description of your experience

Our team may ask a few questions about your experience so we can continue improving our products, but your honest feedback will never affect your eligibility for a refund if your request otherwise meets this policy.

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from the official Sporella website.
  • One refund is permitted per product, per customer, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive refund requests, or violations of this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping

In most cases, you will not be required to return opened skincare products covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions before you send anything back.

Customers should not return products without first contacting Sporella.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law:
