Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Sporella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
